PORTUGUES | não precisando da ajuda do despertador , nesta manha. mas com a ajuda da luminosidade do sol, levantei-me vagarosamente para não ficar tonta, elevando cada membro do meu corpo numa esticadela matinal. abri a janela para sentir o ar a circular e para dar as boas vim ao sol. entretanto dedicada como eu sou com o corpo & mente, corri para o elevador ainda com as sapatilhas por calçar, para não chegar atrasada a aula do ginásio. de manha e ao final do dia são as horas que costumo dedicar a minha atenção ao meu corpo, por vezes de manha porque é bom para começar o dia , e quase sempre ao final da tarde para expulsar tudo o que aconteceu de mal no dia inteiro. a aula acaba e os nossos músculos gritam por um banho bem quente, levando-nos as profundezas dos vapores e dos aromas a rosa. já ao final da tarde, fiz um chá de frutos vermelhos, para purificar a alma, acompanhada com as traquinices do Sherlock Holmes. e o fim do dia chegou, ai vou eu pronta para mais um por do sol .
